Polypropylene backing resists abrasion, moisture, chemicals and scuffing to hold strong throughout the shipping process. Conformable backing flexes under stress for a tight seal, even around edges and on rough surfaces. Design also includes hot-melt, synthetic rubber resin adhesive; a 3" core; and tensile strength of 35 lb. per inch.

Synthetic rubber adhesive adheres instantly to create lasting, durable carton closures. This heavy-duty sealing tape is ideal for use on single-wall and double-wall, regular slotted containers (RSC) weighing up to 100 lb. and heavyweight or overpacked cartons and packages for shipping and handling. High strength combined with its quick stick and resistance to splitting or tearing makes it popular for overseas and export shipping. This tape also complies with environmental considerations of ASTM D1974-92. Design includes a 3" core and tensile strength of 26 lb. per inch.
